What is your view of the future of e-commerce?
John Boswell: E-commerce is always going to be about offering the lowest prices and great value on exciting merchandise. For Sam’s Club, it’s also about the integrated shopping experience. We have capabilities both in our clubs and online to give our members the chance to shop any time and anywhere, and provide seamless integration between the two.
Simplicity is one of the most important things in e-commerce. Creating a simple, integrated experience demonstrates to our members that we understand them.
