"Other" Responses

How has your Company's resource allocation to consumer promotion budgets changed since 1997?
Other: Rarely do we have branding campaigns, usually PR and barter sponsorship; so no change
Other: Agency
Other: I do mostly b to b so less promotion
Other: again, from the agency side I would say that companies are still viewing BTL activity as something young graduates/ABMs 'cut their teeth on'. -Despite budgets increasing and activity requiring far more strategic thinking.
Other: From an ad agency standpoint - these dollars are MUCH harder to get!
