In most cases, the ROI of the brands I represent is achieved primarily through close collaboration with our retailers.
Other: no retailers involved. I sell a service direct to my customers, primarily business owners

Other: IBM is less and less a consumer product with the recent sale of the PC Division to Lenova. As a result we have little direct retail presence. Instead the brand is represented by the sales and service personnel of the company.
