CATHY DENNETT, director of marketing communications for Tropicana Products, Inc., a division Pepsico, leads the development and execution of corporate promotional marketing strategies. Cathy has been with Tropicana Products since 1985 during which time she held various positions in both sales and marketing. She was responsible for testing customer marketing as a core strategic growth initiative which was later adopted as a national business building imperative. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Cathy holds a bachelor degree in Business Management.

JIM GARRITY, senior vice president of First Union Corporation, provides executive leadership for integrated marketing activities. Prior to First Union, he was vice president of communications for Compaq Computer Corpration, and before that held a variety of sales and marketing management positions for more than twenty years at IBM. He is a board member and past chairman of the Association of National Advertisers and a board member of The Ad Council.

CHRIS MAHER, CEO of Marketing Drive/USA (part of True North Communications' Diversified Companies group), a full-service integrated marketing agency headquartered in Wilton, Connecticut. Previously, over 13 years of experience with top brand owners including Procter & Gamble, Ralston Purina and General Foods. Roles included promotion strategy/management, trade marketing management and sales development.

DAVE SHINNEBARGER is a senior consultant with Peppers and Rogers Group. Formerly vice president/business development of E-Stamp, and a specialist with the Transportation Practice of McKinsey & Company, Inc., serving clients around the globe in the Postal, Courier, and Logistics industries. Prior to McKinsey, Dave served in several management capacities at the U.S. Postal Service where he was widely recognized for his work on the "What's Your Priority" campaign. Dave earned a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla. and a M.B.A. from The American University in Washington, D.C.
