Colleen Fahey is executive vice president for Frankel, however she spends most of her time working on behalf of Publicis, Paris as Network Director for the the Nestle Global team. She joined Frankel in 1975 as a copywriter and led the creative team that helped develop the McDonald's Happy Meal program. Since then she has led agency business units, headed HR and organizational development and built creative groups. She authors The Wandering Mind, a series of articles that alert team members to consumer trends.
